Deskripsi Kerja
Position: IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Company: W Generation
Basic Salary: RM 2,800 + Allowances
Location: PJ Trade
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm
Job Scope:
- Interact with customers and respond to their needs.
- Evaluate and analyze customer issues effectively.
- Follow-up with scheduled callbacks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Min 1 year in IT Helpdesk.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and network environments.
- Familiarity with Linux and Mac OS preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
