Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our Support Department and assist with our financial and commercial software projects. The internship lasts a minimum of 4 months, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and upgrade new software releases
- Assist customers via phone, email, and online support
- Customize forms and conduct ad-hoc program quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related fields
- Strong computer skills and analytical mindset
- Effective communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin is preferred
Location: USJ1, Subang Jaya, near LRT Station. Pay: RM1,00.00/month.
