Deskripsi Kerja
Join our Central Functions team at OSRAM OS Penang to support strategic objectives in Information Technology. We are looking for an intern who will analyze existing IT Service Management data, identify gaps, and propose improvements for top IT service requests and incidents. You will work with IT service management data, extracting, transforming, and structuring information while visualizing it using PowerBI to build insightful reports.
Qualifications: A Degree in Computer Science is required.
