Deskripsi Kerja
Position: IT Lab Support
Company: Stellar Reach
Location: Sunway University
Job Scope:
- Provide IT support to students and staff.
- Be available for technical assistance.
- Handle the computer lab booking system.
- Basic knowledge of photocopier/printer operation.
- Assist with WiFi connectivity issues.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Stay updated on campus technology changes.
- Willing to work shifts (7:45 am – 4:45 pm / 10:00 am – 7:00 pm).
Salary: RM1,800 with increments based on performance.
Fresh graduates welcomed. Minimum qualification: Diploma in IT-related field. Must be patient and able to handle pressure.
