Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and networking service support.
• Perform 1st line user support and case logging.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Liaise with contractors for installations.
• Update computer inventory.
• Ensure periodic data backups.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or IT.
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500 – RM4,00/month
