Deskripsi Kerja
Hiredly X is looking for a Renewal Specialist to manage renewal sales inquiries and interact with new and existing customers. You will ensure seamless renewals by collaborating with internal teams and support software maintenance renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer registration for maintenance programs.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the tech support team on issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
- 2-4 years in sales, admin, or customer service.
- Excellent communication in English and Malay.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,00.00 – RM7,00.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
