Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales and troubleshoot computer software/hardware.
- Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Provide customer support and ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Respond promptly to service requests.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Willing to work at Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam.
- Valid driving license required.
Compensation: RM600/month for full-time; RM300-RM600 for internships, based on experience.
Schedule: Rotational shift, contract of 3-6 months.
