Deskripsi Kerja

We are hiring an IT Service Desk Agent (Japanese Speaker) to provide technical support to Japanese-speaking users across APAC. You will deliver first-line troubleshooting, incident logging, and timely escalation.

Responsibilities include answering tickets and calls in Japanese and English, resolving hardware and software issues, supporting remote users, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with engineers.

Requirements: fluent Japanese (JLPT N2+), strong English, 1+ year helpdesk experience, familiarity with Windows, Office 365, and ticketing systems, plus excellent communication and customer-service skills.
