Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide technical assistance and first-level support to our users in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The salary range for this position is RM3,00 – RM4,500, plus a fixed allowance.

Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring excellent communication with customers. Ideal candidates should have intermediate knowledge of L1 service desk support and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
