Deskripsi Kerja
Tentacle Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for a yearly renewable contract position. The salary ranges from RM3,500 to RM4,500 per month.
The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance via phone, email, or fax, ensuring customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills. Candidates should have at least 1 year of IT support experience, with knowledge of Lotus Notes and MS Outlook preferred.
This full-time position operates Monday to Friday and requires a Diploma/Advanced Diploma.
