Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Executive to join our IT Consulting Company on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll manage user tickets, provide technical assistance, and ensure our IT Service Desk runs efficiently. Candidates must be fluent in English and available for shifts.
Responsibilities include administering helpdesk software, responding to IT cases within SLA, logging interactions, and preparing reports. Pay ranges from RM3,00.00 to RM3,200.00 per month, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, including rotational shifts.
