Deskripsi Kerja

JOS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking young and dynamic students for our internship program. As an IT Service Desk Technician intern, you will engage in essential tasks while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support.
• Manage service requests and incidents.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues.
• Monitor open tickets for resolution.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in IT or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Eager to learn and multitask.

Details: 6-month internship with a pay of RM800.00/month. Preferred location: Petaling Jaya.
