Job Scope:

As an IT Support Executive at Delltone Services, you will provide hardware and software support to end users. Your responsibilities include:

• Hardware Support: Troubleshooting PC issues.
• Hardware Administration: Managing inventory and asset tagging.
• Software Support: Resolving software issues.
• Case Management: Updating and closing assigned cases.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM2,700.00 per month
