Deskripsi Kerja
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; troubleshoot and resolve tickets via phone, email, and the ticketing system. Maintain and configure workstations, peripherals, and user accounts. Assist with system updates, backups, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex problems to senior IT teams. Require 1-3 years of IT support experience, strong Windows and Office 365 skills, basic networking knowledge, and excellent communication.
