Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.
- Liaise with suppliers for software licensing and IT equipment purchases.
- Optimize local network performance and ensure IT security.
- Provide user training and technical support.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or degree in IT or related field.
- At least 1 year of IT support experience.
- Proficiency in hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.
- Effective communication in Mandarin and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
