Deskripsi Kerja
Stylus Asia is seeking an IT Support Executive to install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications, and to monitor and maintain systems and networks. You will troubleshoot system and network issues with senior assistance, diagnose hardware or software faults and replace parts as needed, and provide user support, documentation, and reports. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair faults, support application roll-outs, set up user accounts and profiles, and resolve password issues. Manage multiple open cases, prioritize tasks to completion or escalate appropriately, and build strong working relationships with customers and technical staff.
