Deskripsi Kerja

SRG Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Support Intern to provide first-level support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in person. You will assist users in resolving technical problems to minimize disruption.

Responsibilities: Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment, assist with IT setup, maintain records, support staff training, and manage IT inventory.

Job Type: Internship | Duration: 6 months | Pay: From RM500.00/month
