Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team at Puncak Tegap Sdn Bhd. This is a contract position for 12 months with a monthly salary starting from RM2,400.00.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Willingness to learn with a basic understanding of IT and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve support tickets efficiently and professionally.
- Keep users updated on ticket progress.
- Log all support inquiries in our system.
- Manage backups and data center administration.
Scheduled work days are Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime pay, health insurance, and professional development.
