Deskripsi Kerja
SMART FIVE SYSTEMS SDN BHD is seeking a qualified candidate for the IT Support Helpdesk position. A minimum of one year of experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact for customer assistance.
- Perform remote troubleshooting.
- Guide customers through problem-solving.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support.
Qualifications: Age 25-30, Diploma in IT or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome!
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM3,00.00/month
