Deskripsi Kerja
Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to act as the single point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests. The ideal candidate will handle incoming incidents professionally via phone and email, manage ticket logging and categorization, and provide Level 1 support for desktop applications and production environments. You will ensure timely resolution within SLA while keeping end-users informed throughout the process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,00.00 per month
