Deskripsi Kerja
Position: IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Company: Eurasian Consultancy
Salary: RM 2,600 – RM 3,400
Location: PJ Trade Centre, Damansara Perdana
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to address their needs.
- Analyze issues by gathering customer information.
- Make scheduled follow-up calls as needed.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and office applications.
- Familiar with other operating systems (Linux, Mac OS preferred).
