Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Trainee to join our team at QuEST Global. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of IT infrastructure requirements and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software malfunctions.
Key responsibilities include maintaining assets, updating the asset database regularly, providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and monitoring antivirus and system performance.
The candidate should have a diploma or degree in computer science, good communication skills, and be proficient in asset/inventory management and MS Office tools.
