Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support to the company and customers.
- Address customer IT issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Computing.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related field.
- Must work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a valid driver’s license and transportation.
Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract. Salary: RM1,700.00 – RM2,00.00/month.
