Deskripsi Kerja
BOSS SEVEN GROUP is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing pre-project budgets, manage purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers and contractors. Key responsibilities include submitting interim progress claims, preparing payment certifications for subcontractors, and attending site meetings as needed. A strong grasp of cost forecasting and quantity take-offs is essential.
Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in property development and construction. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
