Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle conveyancing cases
- Draft Sale and Purchase Agreements for sub-sale cases
- Prepare loan documentation
- Manage probate and letter administration matters
- Effectively handle clients and files
- Liaise with authorities, banks, and solicitors
Qualifications:
- Professional Degree in Law or Certificate of Legal Practice
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Full-time availability required
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
