GenBijakDotMy Sdn Bhd is a leading HRD training provider specializing in corporate team building. We are looking for a Junior Customer Service professional.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with corporate clients (B2B) via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Scheduling Google Meet sessions.
- Coordinating logistics for team building programs.
- Assisting the Director with quotes and invoices.
- Following up on client inquiries.
Position is full-time with a salary of RM1,700.00 – RM2,00.00.
