Deskripsi Kerja

Job Descriptions:

1. Resolve customer inquiries via live chat professionally.

2. Troubleshoot issues by collaborating with teams.

3. Educate customers on campaign mechanisms and encourage participation.

4. Process customer applications and KYC documentation.

5. Maintain a clear inquiries log to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Attend to customers via live chat; no cold calling required.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in communications or relevant field.

2. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

3. Positive and empathetic attitude.

4. Willingness to work rotating shifts.

5. Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
