Deskripsi Kerja
Type: Hybrid (1 week WFO & 1 week WFH)
Location: Old Klang Road, KL
Salary: RM3,00 – RM4,500 + 13th Bonus, Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recognition programs for employees.
- Assist in salary reviews and benefits analysis.
- Conduct HR training for new joiners.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation.
- Organize internal events to foster workplace culture.
- Promote knowledge-sharing through effective communication.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in relevant fields, proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay, with a minimum of 2 years HR experience.
