Deskripsi Kerja
Join Techsavvy Sdn Bhd as a Junior IT Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between customers and our various departments. Your responsibilities include effectively resolving customer complaints through thorough analysis and collaboration with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
We are seeking candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. A good understanding of Unix or Linux systems and strong communication skills are essential.
This full-time position offers a salary ranging from RM4,00.00 to RM6,500.00 per month, along with benefits such as annual leave and professional development opportunities.
