Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conducting assessments to match candidates with client needs.
- Collaborating with clients to prioritize job orders.
- Updating candidate database and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Skills Required:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
