SD SMART ENTERPRISE is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team in Butterworth. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment from job posting to placement.
- Source candidates through various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Strong communication and detail-oriented skills.
