Deskripsi Kerja

Join Selia Ekuiti Sdn Bhd as a Junior Site Supervisor! You will lead a work team, ensuring effective teamwork and motivation to meet schedules.

Collaborate with the Site Engineer to develop project schedules while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Perform inspections on materials, assess subcontractor performance, and manage supplier dealings.

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), with a preference for fresh graduates or 1 year of experience. Road construction experience is a plus.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of RM2,100.00 – RM3,00.90 per month, plus benefits.
