Flame & Fern Cafe is seeking a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, supervision, and quality control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
- Adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Leading the kitchen team during service.
- Coordinating dish preparation and plating.
- Liaising with suppliers for food orders.
Salary: RM3,400.00 – RM4,00.00 per month.
