Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Tester Manager with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in Digital Banking and proven expertise as a Test Manager or equivalent role. Responsibilities include managing daily test service delivery, preparing test strategies and plans, overseeing the testing team, and engaging with stakeholders to align testing services with bank objectives. Familiarity with test management tools like ALM/JIRA and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
