Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to underwriting policies, procedures, and standards.
- Obtain and confirm No Claim Discount (NCD) information from Insurance Services Malaysia (ISM).
- Accept cancellation and NCD recovery cases.
- Confirm No Claim Bonus from previous insurers.
- Prepare necessary reports and letters for HQ.
- Handle inquiries from agents and clients.
Requirements:
- SPM Holder with relevant underwriting experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00/month
Benefits: Health insurance, maternity leave
Schedule: Monday to Friday
