Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description
1. Assist in managing relationships with key clients, acting as a liaison between them and internal teams.
2. Assist in ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet client demands and avoid stockouts.
3. Assist in physical marketing by ensuring product availability and coordinating with key clients (e.g., Watsons) to restock products when inventory is low.
4. Work closely with other departments such as warehouse, purchaser, merchandizer, customer service to support operational needs.
5. Help organize events, promotional booths, and marketing campaigns to engage clients and promote products.
6. Assist in preparing and presenting regular reports on key client’s status, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, inventory levels, and any issues or opportunities.
7. Provide administrative support to the operation team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
8. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirement
1. Candidates must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. Reasonable command in written English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
4. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
