Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve problems effectively within the team.
  • Enhance time management in the Account Management Team.
  • Motivate and coach sales staff for improvements.
  • Lead project management and customer initiatives.
  • Set and monitor sales targets.
  • Nurture customer relationships.
  • Deliver continuous team training.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years managerial experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Project management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM15,00.00/month
