Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve problems effectively within the team.
- Enhance time management in the Account Management Team.
- Motivate and coach sales staff for improvements.
- Lead project management and customer initiatives.
- Set and monitor sales targets.
- Nurture customer relationships.
- Deliver continuous team training.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years managerial experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Project management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM15,00.00/month
