Deskripsi Kerja
Polymorph Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to enhance and maintain client relationships. You will manage client contracts, ensure profitability, and provide consultative insights through regular analyses. Strong relationships with internal teams and maintaining accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics are essential.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Account Management, preferably in a Travel Management Company.
We offer a competitive salary of RM 10,00 to RM 11,00 monthly, including allowances and medical coverage. Full-time position, working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
