Join TLV Logistics Sdn Bhd as a Korean Speaking Customer Service Representative! In this full-time role, you will handle inbound call inquiries in both Korean and English. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs through active listening and providing clear, professional responses.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, adapts to unexpected situations, and is empathetic towards customers, ensuring their satisfaction. Work collaboratively with our internal teams while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
