Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wisma Getah on Penang Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Your responsibilities will include managing office calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling office supplies. Additionally, you will be tasked with sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail, maintaining filing systems, and organizing office events.
This is a permanent position offering a monthly salary ranging from RM2,800.00 to RM3,00.00.
