Deskripsi Kerja
Join CANOPUS GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES SDN BHD as an L1 IT Service Desk professional. You will provide remote L1 support to end users, analyze issues, troubleshoot, and monitor incident lifecycles.
This full-time position requires 8-hour shifts on-site in Kuala Lumpur, including weekend rotations. Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) and good English skills are essential.
Pay: RM9,00.00 per month. Application Deadline: 11/24/2024. Expected Start Date: 10/22/2024.
