Deskripsi Kerja
Agensi Pekerjaan Career Channel Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated L2 Application Support Engineer. In this role, you will advocate for customers’ needs, troubleshoot complex product configurations, and manage escalation processes. You will also communicate with various teams, maintain the knowledge base, and mentor L1 Technical Support Specialists.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience, strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of No-SQL (Mongo), Linux/UNIX, JSON, and RESTFul API. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500 – RM8,500/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
