Deskripsi Kerja

HEMMERSBACH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated L2 Service Desk Support professional fluent in Thai and English. Responsibilities include logging customer incidents, resolving inquiries, and managing small software deployment projects.

Requirements: Fluency in English and Thai, experience with remote control tools, and knowledge of Active Directory is preferred.

This full-time position offers a salary of RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and professional development.
