Deskripsi Kerja
Accenture is seeking a Junior L3 Support Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to join our Compliance/Comp Tech team. The ideal candidate will manage critical business applications on Microsoft and Java platforms, ensuring high availability in SQL/Oracle database environments on Windows and Unix systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor application performance and system health.
- Develop Shell scripts for automation.
- Write SQL queries for troubleshooting.
Must-Have Skills:
- Shell Scripting (ksh, perl).
- Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).
- Experience in Windows/Unix environments.
