Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
Incident Management:
- Resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
Troubleshooting:
- Utilize debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix application errors.
- Collaborate with development teams to address software bugs and enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in application maintenance on Open Systems and Windows.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and .NET frameworks.
Job Type: Contract (12 months) | Pay: Up to RM10,00.00/month
