Deskripsi Kerja

The Operations team at Shopee oversees the entire end-to-end process, ensuring a smooth experience from product search to delivery. We are seeking a Last Mile Supervisor Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will assist with tracking aged orders, monitoring operational KPIs, and processing damage and Return To Sender (RTS) orders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Monitor progress and execute key tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all aged orders.
  • Process damage and RTS orders from hub to sorting.
  • Track on-hold order statuses accurately.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in transportation and logistics planning.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
