Deskripsi Kerja

Hatten Hotel Melaka is seeking a dedicated Learning & Culture Manager to develop, implement, and manage a cost-effective hotel-wide Training and Development plan for all levels of staff.

The ideal candidate will consult on training and career development, design programs for managers and leaders, evaluate training requests, and monitor trainees’ progress. Responsibilities include managing the Training Department and updating the General Manager on training activities.

This is a permanent position with benefits, including health insurance and professional development opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with an expected start date of November 4, 2024.
