Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing and Tenancy Administration Executive to join our team at Exsim. You will be responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, maintaining tenant relationships, monitoring schedules, preparing revenue reports, and managing lease applications. Your role will also include screening prospective tenants, resolving complaints, and collecting payments.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, or related fields, along with a minimum of two years of experience. Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
