Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Leasing Executive to join our team at IOI Mall Kulai. Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and negotiating renewals
- Managing tenancy administration
- Updating tenant information
- Liaising with legal professionals
- Collaborating with various departments
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree, excellent communication skills, and be computer literate. Proficiency in English or Malay is required, with knowledge of Chinese as a plus.
