Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our team. The Leasing Executive will identify, negotiate, and secure strategic locations for our F&B outlets, playing a vital role in our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure retail spaces for F&B
- Conduct market research and site inspections
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords
- Maintain relationships with property stakeholders
- Monitor lease renewals and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for outlet openings
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or related field
- 2–3 years of leasing experience, preferably in F&B
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,200.00/month
